we booked 2 rooms on their own website, that got cancelled two weeks before our stay. This cannot be how you run an hotel. Never again !

Stayed here for three nights whilst attending a nearby music festival. The hotel is conveniently located by the motorway exit, but is far enough away that there's no noise - it's actually a very quiet location.||The staff are excellent - courteous and helpful. Decent breakfast provided, which is always a bonus. The room was perhaps a little dated, but perfectly comfortable (huge bed) and quiet. The gym is small, but has enough for a quick work out.||Overall, excellent value and a pleasant place to stay.

Pros: Good location, price, size of rooms, cleanliness overall and parking was easy/no cost. Cons: Electronic room entry inconsistently worked, stink bug in bathroom, confusing to find reception - etc., restaurant more set up for kids than adults, odd smell in room when first checked in. It did have an excellent breakfast buffet. Would I stay here again - maybe but only after I looked for another place in the area.

I stayed a few nights with work. Service was good, always friendly. Rooms are dated (red taps, red towel rails, and the rooms probably havent been updated since the 70s. Restaurant was good, which was useful as the hotel is isolated but too bright. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and I was bitten a lot. Extremely friendly Ginger Tom called William (like the hotel) hangs around reception for cat lovers.

Whilst attending the Frontiers Festival, we stayed at Gugliel Motel for two nights. We were given rooms with two exits, one leading to the inside of the hotel and one leading directly outside. They even gave us a parking space right in front of our rooms, which was exactly what we needed! It's quiet at night, even though, the hotel is located right beside a toll station on the freeway. Beds are very comfortable, there's a well equipped mini bar in the room and the bathroom is also beautiful. The cleaning maids do a very good job keeping the hotel clean and they are always friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with all kinds of bread, pastries, cheese, meat, cereals etc... On one day, we got up too late for regular breakfast, but the bar man got us snacks and even fresh orange juice! Many thanks to Gabriella at the front desk and to all of the staff! See you next year!

Nice, big, clean room. Garage for your car. Excellent and not expensive a la carte menu. In fact we found out that food is better and cheaper in the hotel than in some nearby restaurants. Very good breakfast with all the variety of food. They have nice and tidy childrens play room. Perfect location to visit Leolandia! Nice and helpful staff on the reception.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone. For sure we will come back!!!

We stayed for 2 days to break our journey in Italy and to visit Bergamo, an attractive historic town.|The hotel staff were very pleasant and our room was clean and modern, and had everything we needed. The free underground parking was a plus, especially as there was a downpour on the day we left and the lift took us straight to our car!|We enjoyed the breakfasts and ate dinner at the hotel. There was a short menu and everything we tried was freshly made and good - especially the ravioli. The hotel is well used by Italian business people and travellers.|Our bill came to less than £220 for 2 night's dinner, bed and breakfast so that was very good value for Italy.|Eventually it dawned on me that the hotel name is Italian for William Tell!!|

Don't believe the good reviews, this motel is awful.

The terrible experience starts when entering the area. It's a depressing industrial area with an awful stench in the air. The motel is right next to toll gates too.

The only positive was our room being spacious. There was a similar burning stench emanating from the bathroom which I pinpointed as being the heated towel rail.

The halls are covered in green carpet and this along with other factors makes it an unpleasant place to be. I wanted to leave soon after arriving.

There was one other positive, the variety of the breakfast.

It's a horrible motel in a horrible area. No idea how it's classed as 4 star! Don't be fooled like we were.
