The ground floor rooms have been smoked in. Strong smell of smoking which has been tried to be covered with perfume. Soundproofing of the rooms is poor. Rooms need updating. I don't know how the hotel got its four stars.

Easy access..friendly staff. They all speak English. Clean room with every day sanitation..supermarket next door.. 3 minutes from airport…Value for money…

This hotel was a life saver for us! We got stood up by another place literally an hour before our flight because they wouldn’t bother to wait for us and we had no place to stay. Gentleman in the reception was very nice and helpful and managed to fulfil our request for four rooms for seven people.
Location was very good- short walk to the train station. Lady in the reception in the morning was lovely too and buffet breakfast was very tasty. It’s not a fancy hotel and not modern but for us it worked out well.

Good value for money. The art design is very outdated. I could not get my room temperature below 24.6 degrees C even though the heating was completely turned off. Very friendly staff. parking in the garage is very tight for large cars. Friendly staff

Hotel in a very good location! If you have a car, close to the highway, Bergamo or Milan. 3-4 minutes walk to the Stezzano train station, so in 5 minutes you can get to Bergamo and in about 45 minutes to Milan.

Nice hotel close to the Oreo Al Serio airport in Bergamo. The rooms are nice and clean. The room keys system created some problems and confusion. Good breakfast with an average variety. The hotel restaurant has reasonable food and price. Good parking

Unceremoniously dumped at this strangely styled faux art deco hotel after a flight at nearby Bergamo airport was cancelled.||Pro’s|- Comfortable beds|- Reasonable breakfast selection available (inc gluten free and non dairy milk)|- Small gym room (modern kit, bike x 2, treadmill x 2, multi gym, small selection of free weights)|- Proximity to the airport (c15 minutes away)||Con’s|- Patchy and slow Wi-Fi (c1.5mbs on Speedtest, not available consistently or in all areas, poor even in a ground floor room, I gave up and tethered my phone)|- Tired rooms and decor throughout, stale smoke smell in some rooms (piles of cigarette buts sitting outside the ground floor rooms), broken fridges etc|- Food in the restaurant mediocre at best on the one evening we tried it (I only heard the symphony of microwaves in the preparation)||Most of the pictures here flatter to deceive, I'll include some of the nightmare inducing artwork, terrible DIY and tired details.||Summary: last resort/short stopover only, would benefit hugely from a fresh coat of paint etc.
